  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 x Thick boneless pork loin chops, (about 3 ounces each)
  • 6 x Thin slices serrano ham or possibly prosciutto, (about 2 ounces)
  • 2 lrg Large eggs, lightly beaten with 2 tsp. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Plain dry bread crumbs, (about)
  •     Extra virgin olive oil, (for frying)
