Antipasto Pasta Salad Recipe


  • 1 pound Rotini or possibly corkscrew pasta
  • 1/3 pound Provolone cheese, cubed
  • 1/3 pound Muenster cheese, cubed
  • 1/3 pound pepperoni, cubed
  • 1/3 pound salami, cubed
  • 1 sm. can pitted ripe olives, sliced or possibly halved
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar pimentos, liquid removed and minced (optional)
  • 1/2 c. minced parsley
  • 1 T tarragon, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/4 c. Italian salad dressing


Cook Pasta According To Package Directions. Put Together With Remaining Ingredients, Tossing With One Cup Salad Dressing. Chill For Several Hrs, Or Possibly Overnight. Toss Lightly…
