- 1 c. Cooked AM Anasazi Beans
- 1/2 med Onion
- 1 x Celery stalk
- 1/4 c. Tofu, liquid removed
- 1 Tbsp. AM Unrefined Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Vege-sal Or possibly- similar seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
Description
Blend Together In Blender Or Possibly Food Processor Till Smooth. Great For Dips Or Possibly Sandwich Spread.
