Artichoke Dip Recipe


  • 1 c. soy mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp vegetarian Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  •     Salt and freshly grnd white pepper, to taste
  • 24 ounce canned artichoke hearts
  •     liquid removed and minced
  • 1 med onion, chopped
  • 1 c. grated soy mozzarella
  • 1/4 c. plain dry bread crumbs
  •     Minced fresh parsley for garnish
  •     Sliced French bread and minced
  •     vegetables for serving
