  • 2 (6 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 sm. onion, finely minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped or possibly pressed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon EACH of pepper, oregano, liquid warm pepper seasoning
  • 2 c. (8 ounce) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 T chopped parsley
