Ingredients
- 1-1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 3/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. unpeeled apples
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 sticks melted butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
Description
Mix Ingredients Together.Bake At 350°F For 25-30 Min. As Soon As Muffins Are Removed From Over, Dip In Melted Butter. Then Dip In Sugar And Cinnamon. Mix.Makes 12 Muffins.
