  • 2 x Large eggs beaten
  • 1 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. Fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 x Onion grated
  • 1/4 tsp Dry thyme
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
