  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dry basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed dry red pepper
  • 6 ounce Mueller's twist macaroni, cooked and liquid removed
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c. broccoli flowerets, cooked tender-crisp
  • 4 ounce pepperoni, halved lengthwise, thinly sliced
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 c. (2 ounce) shredded Mozzarella cheese
