- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- kosher salt
- 1 large red onion, finely diced
- 1 1/2 Tbs. chili powder
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 cup of water
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 ripe avocado cut into medium dice
