- 4 x Egg yolks or possibly 2 Large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Almond extract
- 1 jar , (18-ounce) apricot preserves
- 1 c. Finely minced dry apricots
- 2 Tbsp. Orange-flavored liqueur, (optional)
