  • 1/4 c. Soy Sauce
  • 1 x Fresh Jalapeno or possibly Serrano Pepper, finely minced, divided
  • 2 x Cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Ginger, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 pkt (9-ounce.) French-style Green Beans, thawed and liquid removed
  • 2 x Carrots, thinly sliced and halved
  • 1 x Cucumber, peeled, seeded and sliced
  • 4 c. Cooked Brown Rice
