  • 570 ml Boiling water, (1 pint)
  • 4 tsp Keemun tea leaves
  • 570 ml Sparkling apple juice, (1 pint)
  • 2 x Lemons, juice of
  •     Sugar or possibly honey to taste
  •     Red skinned apple slices to garnish
  •     Mint leaves to garnish
