- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 1/2 c. Rice, raw
- 2 x Yams
- Â Â Several fresh tomatoes, (or possibly large can)
- 1 x Garlic clove
- Â Â Salt and pepper, to taste
- Â Â Tabasco sauce, to taste
