  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 x Onion, minced
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Curry pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Seasoned salt
  •     Salt
  • 1 lrg Tomato, sliced
  • 1 can (6-ounce) tomato paste
  • 1 can (15-ounce) boned and skinned salmon
  • 2 pkt (10-ounce) frzn minced spinach, thawed and liquid removed
