- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp tumeric
- 1 tsp ginger paste (explanation in directions)
- 1 tsp chopped coriander (cilantro)
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 3/4 C chicken stock
- 1/2 tsp + 1/4 tsp sea salt
