  • 1 lb fish fillet
  • 2 Tbsp. yellow curry paste - (to 3 tbspns)
  • 5 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. palm sugar
  • 1/3 c. tamarind sauce
  • 1/2 c. sliced long beans
