- 1/4 c. minced sun-dry tomatoes, (the kind in oil)
- 8 ounce angel harpist, cooked, kept hot
- 1/4 c. minced fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp. grated parmesan
- Â Â freshly grnd black pepper, to taste
