Chicken Enchiladas Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 thin sliced chicken breasts - saute in olive oil til both sides are slightly browned.
  • 1/2 cup onion - diced
  • 1 can green chilies - diced
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 12oz can of green enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 cup pico de gallo (I make my own)
