Artichoke Dip Recipe


  • 1 can artichoke hearts (not marinated)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese


Chop Artichokes, Add In Mayonnaise And Cheeses, Blend Well With Spoon. Bake In 1 To 1 1/2 Qt Size Dish. Serve With Your Favorite Crackers While Still Hot. Very Good Reheated.
