  • 1 x bouillon
  •     diced carrot and bell pepper
  • 1 tsp Butter Buds
  • 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. diced red onion
  • 4 x dry apricot halves diced
  • 3 x dry pear halves diced
  • 1 c. garlic flavored chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 c. very herby melba toast "cubes"
  • 1/4 tsp orange peel
  •     salt and pepper
  •     more broth if needed
