  • 1 tsp black peppercorns
  • 4 x artichokes - (abt 4" wide ea, 3 lbs total)
  • 1/2 c. liquid removed extra-hard, hard, or possibly
  •     soft silken tofu
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
