  • 1/4 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 2 c. Bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp Salt (in all)
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp White pepper
  • 2 c. Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
