Asian Spaghetti Recipe


  • 1 lb Thin spaghetti
  • 2 Tbsp. Roasted sesame oil
  • 4 Tbsp. Soy sauce or possibly tamari
  • 1 c. Snow peas
  • 2 x Cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and cut into strips 1/4 inch x 1-1/2 inches
  • 3/4 c. Thinly sliced green onions
  • 3 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1 tsp Warm chili oil


Cook The Spaghetti According To The Package Directions And Drain. Combine 1 Tbsp. Of The Sesame Oil With 2 Tbsp. Of The Soy Sauce. Toss Hot Spaghetti With This Mix And Set Aside.…
