- 2 x Cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and cut into strips 1/4 inch x 1-1/2 inches
- 3/4 c. Thinly sliced green onions
- 3 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dry mustard
- 1 tsp Warm chili oil
