  • 2 doz unripe mangoes
  • 4 c. Oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Coriander seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. White cumin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. Mustard seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion seeds (or possibly substitute finely chopped onion)
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic, finely chopped
