Asian Coleslaw Recipe


  • 1/3 c. seasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 lrg head savoy cabbage (about 2 1/2 lbs), thinly sliced, with tough ribs
  •     discarded
  • 1 lb carrots, shredded
  • 4 x green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. minced fresh cilantro leaves


In A Large Bowl, Use A Wire Whisk Or Possibly Fork To Mix Vinegar, Vegetable Oil, Sesame Oil And Salt. Add In Cabbage, Carrots, Green Onions And Cilantro. Toss Well. If Not Serving…
