- 2 bn Romaine, torn into bite-size pcs
- 1/2 c. Low-fat salami, sliced
- 1/2 c. Part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Plus 1 1/2 t tarragon vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
- 1 dsh Pepper
