  • 1 x packaged prepared foccacia - (12" dia)
  • 1 c. Pesto Sauce (listed below)

  • 1/2 lb Fontina diced small cubes
  • 1 x hard plum tomato seeded, diced
  • 2 c. fresh basil - (packed)
  • 1/4 c. pine nuts toasted
  • 1 x garlic clove peeled, smashed
  • 1/4 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil - (to 1/2)
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
