  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • 2-4 TBSP (approx) Hot Masala Curry Powder
  • ½ tsp yellow mustard seed
  • a dash of cinnamon
  • a dash (½ tsp?) coriander
  • 2 gloves of garlic, crushed
  • kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 or 2 TBSP Sriracha sauce
