- 2-4 TBSP (approx) Hot Masala Curry Powder
- ½ tsp yellow mustard seed
- a dash of cinnamon
- a dash (½ tsp?) coriander
- 2 gloves of garlic, crushed
- kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 or 2 TBSP Sriracha sauce
