  • 1 c. hot water, dissolve yeast in hot water
  • 3/4 c. liquid shortening
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 6 c. self-rising flour

Mix. Let Stand 15 Min. Cover In Bowl. Chill. Use As Needed. Bake At 425 Degrees.
