- 1 tsp Dry marjoram
- 300 gm Floret packet of broccoli, caulflower or possibly Romanesco
- 1 sprg dill and coriander
- 10 x Sun-dry tomatoes in oil, minced

- 1 lrg Potato, peeled and diced
- 1/4 x Leek, finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. Freshly minced dill and flat leaf parsley
- 2 x 4 1/2 cm sli white bread
- 25 gm Butter
- 2 x Large eggs
- 250 gm Strawberries, hulled, half cut in half, the rest minced
- 1/2 tsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Golden brown syrup
