- 2 tsp dry oregano (preferably Mexican) crumbled
- 2 tsp salt or possibly more to taste
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper or possibly more to taste
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
- 2 c. beef stock (preferably homemade)
- 1 Tbsp. masa harina - (to 2 tbspns) (optional)
