Almond Coconut Granola Recipe


  • 3 c. old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2/3 c. sliced almonds
  • 1/2 c. unsweetened desiccated coconut
  • 1/3 c. hulled green pumpkin seeds
  •     or possibly sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 stk unsalted butter - (1/4 c.)
