  • 1/3 c. balsamic vinegar plus
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 bn arugula washed, stemmed
  • 1/4 c. pumpkin seeds salted
  •     Coarse salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
