Antipasto Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound asparagus, cut in chunks
  • 1 head cauliflower, broken in pcs
  • 1 head broccoli, broken in pcs
  • 1 cucumber, cut in chunks
  • 1 zucchini, cut in chunks
  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms
  • 2 lg. stalks celery, cut in chunks
  • 1 pound cherry tomatoes
  • 1 (6 ounce) pkg. pepperoni slices, halved
  • 1 sm. jar green olives, drain
  • 1 can black olives, drain
  • 2 packages. Good Season's zesty salad dressing mix, fixed according to pkg. directions

Description

All Of These Ingredients, Except Salad Dressing, Are Optional. Pour Dressing Over Vegetables. Marinate In Refrigerator For 2 Days.
