  • 2 lb Aubergine
  • 2 x Lemons
  •     Blanched almonds
  • 2 lb Sugar
  • 1/2 pt ,Water
  • 1/2 c. Honey
  • 1 sm Piece of cinnamon
  • 4 x Cloves
