- 1/2 c. Tomato juice
- 1 c. Lundberg Countrywild rice
- 1 tsp Dry basil
- 1 tsp Dry oregano
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 can (14 ounce) artichoke hearts, liquid removed & quartered
- 1 jar (7 ounce) roasted red peppers, liquid removed and minced
- 1 can (2 1/4 ounce) sliced ripe black olives, liquid removed
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Description
