Asian Style Coleslaw Recipe


  • 4 c. thinly-sliced bok choy
  • 1 lrg carrot peeled
  • 1 c. snow peas strings removed,
  •     thinly sliced lengthwise
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Asian sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh ginger
  • 1/2 pkt sugar substitute
  •     Salt to taste
