Asparagus Fettucine Toss Recipe


  • 4 ounce uncooked green fettucine
  • 4 ounce uncooked regular fettucine
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 8 ounce asparagus, trim & cut in 2" pc
  • 1 x sweet onion, very thinly sliced
  • 1 med ripe avocado, cut in 1/4" cubes
  • 1/2 x red pepper, stemmed and diced
  •     salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese, grated


Boil Lightly Salted Water In A Large Pan; Cook Fettucine Till Al Dente, 8-9 Min. Drain, Rinse Under Cool Water And Drain Again. Transfer To Serving Bowl; Toss With Oil And Vinegar.…
