Ingredients
- 1Â 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2Â 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 c. raisins
- 1 x egg well beaten
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 c. coarsely minced peeled apples
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
Description
Mix All Ingredients Together. Bake At 400 Degrees For 20-25 Min. Topping: 2 Tablespoons Sugar, 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon. Sprinkle On Top Before Baking. Makes 4 Dozen
