Asparagus & Gruyere Cheese Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound Gruyere cheese
  • 2 packages. frzn asparagus, thawed, not cooked
  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 2 T snipped chives
  • 1 T sugar
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • Small amount minced onion & pimiento for garnish
