- 1 c. sugar
- 2 unbeaten large eggs
- 1 c. mashed banana
- 1 T grated orange rind
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 c. coconut
- 3/4 c. minced nuts
Description
Mix Like Regular Bread. Bake For 60 To 70 Min At 325 Degrees. Cool Thoroughly.
