Apricot Pineapple Conserve Recipe


  • 5 lb apricots (approximately 50 medium or possibly 10 c.)
  • 3/4 c. crushed pineapple (6 oz can)
  • 1 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
  • 11 c. sugar (approximately)
  • 1 1/2 c. minced or possibly blanched almonds or possibly 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
  •     Makes 9 to 10 c.
