Artichoke Dip Recipe


  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, not marinated
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounce shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Minced fresh parsley


Drain And Coarsely Chop The Artichokes. Put Together Cheese, Mayonnaise, And Garlic Salt. Mix In Artichokes. Bake At 350 Degrees For 25 Min. Serve With Assorted Crackers.
