Artichokes With Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Vinegar
  • 4 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 med California artichokes, cooked

Description

Combine Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Sugar And Mustard. Gradually Add In Oil Till Blended. Serve With Cooked Artichokes.
