Aliter Baedinam Sive Agninam Excaldatam (steamed Lamb) Recipe


  • 10 x lamb cutlets
  • 1 lt white wine
  • 100 ml oil
  • 2 x big onions, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. grnd coriander
  • 1 tsp grnd pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Liebstoeckl
  • 1 tsp grnd cumin
  • 200 ml Liquamen (or possibly 2 tsp salt)


Put Cutlets Into Pot, Together With Diced Onion And Spices. Add In Liquamen, Oil And Wine. Cook 45-60 Min. Pour Sauce Into A Pan And Thicken It With Starch. Serve Cutlets Together…
