Ingredients
- 10 x lamb cutlets
- 1 lt white wine
- 100 ml oil
- 2 x big onions, diced
- 2 Tbsp. grnd coriander
- 1 tsp grnd pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Liebstoeckl
- 1 tsp grnd cumin
- 200 ml Liquamen (or possibly 2 tsp salt)
Description
Put Cutlets Into Pot, Together With Diced Onion And Spices. Add In Liquamen, Oil And Wine. Cook 45-60 Min. Pour Sauce Into A Pan And Thicken It With Starch. Serve Cutlets Together…
