  • 1 quart. half and half
  • 2 T unsalted butter at room temp.
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 T almond extract
  • 3/4 c. golden brown raisins
  • 3/4 c. sliced almonds
  • 8 T unsalted butter at room temp.
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 4 T amaretto liqueur
