  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 x egg yolks
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp grated lemon rind
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1 1/4 c. apricot preserves
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
