- 6 slc provolone cheese - (1 ounce ea) cut 2" by 1/4" strip
- 6 ounce Genoa salami cut 2" by 1/4" strip
- 1 can hearts of palm - (14 ounce) liquid removed, and
- Â Â cut into 1" pcs
- 1 can artichoke hearts - (14 ounce) liquid removed, quartered
- 1 jar roasted red peppers - (7 ounce) liquid removed, and
- Â Â cut into strips
- 1 can large pitted black olives - (5 3/4 ounce) liquid removed
- 1 jar peperoncini - (16 ounce) liquid removed
- Â Â Garlic Herb Vinaigrette (see recipe)
- Â Â (or possibly any prepared vinaigrette dressing)
