- 1/2 pound salami, cut into strips
- 1/2 pound bologna, cut into strips
- 1/2 pound cooked white chicken, cubed
- 1/2 pound baked ham, cut into strips
- 4 slices Provolone cheese, cut into strips
- 3 ounce liquid removed black pitted olives, sliced
- 2 hard-boiled large eggs, sliced
- Romaine lettuce leaves
- 1/4 c. Italian dressing
- 1 teaspoon capers (optional)
- 5-6 mild or possibly warm cherry peppers (according to taste)
- Lettuce leaves
Description
Arrange Lettuce On Serving Platter. Top With Remaining Ingredients Except Dressing. Drizzle Dressing Over Top. Serves 4 People.
