Antipasto Recipe


  • 1/2 pound salami, cut into strips
  • 1/2 pound bologna, cut into strips
  • 1/2 pound cooked white chicken, cubed
  • 1/2 pound baked ham, cut into strips
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese, cut into strips
  • 3 ounce liquid removed black pitted olives, sliced
  • 2 hard-boiled large eggs, sliced
  • Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1/4 c. Italian dressing
  • 1 teaspoon capers (optional)
  • 5-6 mild or possibly warm cherry peppers (according to taste)
  • Lettuce leaves


Arrange Lettuce On Serving Platter. Top With Remaining Ingredients Except Dressing. Drizzle Dressing Over Top. Serves 4 People.
