Artichoke Balls Recipe


  • 1 x garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x 8 ounce can artichoke hearts, mashed
  • 1 x egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. italian bread crumbs


Saute/fry Garlic In Oil. Add In Egg And Artichokes. Cook Over Low Heat For 5 Min. Remove From Heat. Add In Parmesan Cheese And 1/4 C. Bread Crumbs. With A Tsp., Form Into Balls.…
